Here is our beautiful new Howarth of London Baritone Sax we have purchased with a bequest from Ann Holmes.
It is a fully professional Chiltern black model; the Chiltern range of saxophones embody the warmth and richness of vintage saxophones, combining Howarths knowledge and expertise with quality manufacturing.
Our awardee Marikit Rocks is thrilled to borrow this beautiful instrument, and we can’t wait to follow her musical endeavours. Marikit aspires to be a professional musician; she made her professional debut in the 2021-22 UK Tour of School of Rock, playing the role of Bassist, Katie. She has a very active musical life at school, and outside of school she is a member of the Wandsworth Music Academy and the Julian Joseph Jazz Academy talent development programme.
