A hugely successful concert this weekend in aid of Casey - Violinist’s bursary fund to attend Berklee Jazz Summer School in the US. Casey duetted with professional Django-style guitarist Harry Diplock, and was joined by the Namazzi Quartet. Genevieve Namazzi is one of our newest awardees on bass and her quartet with sax, keys, and drums performed their own stylish take on modern fusion jazz.
It was a wonderful afternoon with top-quality playing. We are thrilled to have raised £500 for Casey’s Berklee fund!
