Theo is a recent awardee of our Corsby Cello, and since has been very busy with performances at The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and with audition preparation for his applications to do an MA in Historical Performance.
We are delighted to hear that Theo has been offered places on the Historical Performance MA at both The Royal Academy of Music and The Royal College of Music (RCM); after much deliberation he has decided to accept his place at RCM with a scholarship! Congratulations Theo 🎉
We are so pleased for Theo and his success. Theo says ‘I, as well as my teachers, have completely fallen in love with the Corsby cello and it has allowed me to do everything I hoped it would. I am loving finding new sounds and colours on the cello and experimenting with playing a wide variety of repertoire on it. I can tell this is a very special instrument.’
