Cello - Saxony

The charming 'Saxony' Cello and Knoll bow were acquired by the donor directly from Knoll approximately 32 years ago. This cello is a "lady" model, meaning it is slightly smaller than a standard full-size cello—ideal for cellists with smaller hands. Crafted in the 19th century in the German region of Saxony, this instrument produces a sweet and mellow tone. It is a perfect choice for a young player looking to refine their technique and sound.
