🎻 October 2026 Cherubim News Highlights 🎶
Very exciting news …
What is the best thing anyone’s said to you this year?
I can tell you that for us it was when Trevor Pinnock accepted our invitation to conduct Cherubim Chamber Strings this autumn. You might have heard him talking about conducting on BBCr3 last Sunday. After conducting orchestras all over the world he said: “in performance, however much you rehearse, there’s always the last 15%, the bit you don’t control; and that’s where the magic lies.”
We are incredibly proud that you can experience Trevor’s quality of insight and musical authenticity on 29 October when he conducts Cherubim Chamber Strings, featuring Cherubim’s first awardee from 2004, Vashti Hunter.
Stay tuned for more updates on the XXV Anniversary and behind-the-scenes stories!
