Cherubim Music Trust is served by a Board of Trustees, which oversees the governance of the Trust. In addition, trustees play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Trust, ensuring it achieves its charitable objectives of supporting our young musicians of the future.
Our trustees have a broad range of professional experience, including music performance, event management, publicity, administration and finance.

Clancy Steer
Clancy founded the Cherubim Trust in September 2001, and has been a long-standing trustee since that time. Her career and interests have spanned costume design (Olivier and BAFTA awards), art and music.

Ombudsman
Deborah Steer
Also a trustee since Cherubim’s initiation in 2001, Deborah is the Trust’s Ombudsman, and before retirement was a senior nurse in the NHS. Any stakeholder wishing to raise a concern can do so confidentially by contacting Deborah at ombudsman@cherubimtrust.org
