Schilke Flugelhorn with Copper Bell in Silver Plate
We are delighted to welcome Oli Cripps to the Cherubim family loaning the Schilke Flugelhorn we purchased in 2025. Oli has already begun to make a name for himself as a versatile and innovative musician, and has recently graduated from Leeds Conservatoire with a BMUS degree in JazzTrumpet.
He has recently performed at We Out Here festival with the bands Murgatroyd and Fight the Giants and when he is not performing he is developing his skills as a composer, most notably creating the soundtrack for the film Beware of Trains, a short film commissioned by the BFI which gained much recognition at international film festivals and for which his score was a finalist at the Music and Sound Awards 2022.
